Brian Schmidt, CPA/ABV

President/Managing Partner

Brian is the President and managing partner of Schmidt CPAS & Advisors and has been since 2011. He is a Certified Public Accountant as well as Accredited in Business Valuation. When not at work he enjoys spending time with his family, working in the yard and cheering on the Kansas City Royals and Chiefs!

Kimberly Littrell, EA

Partner

Kimberly has worked in public accounting for more than 30 years in the Rolla area. She was promoted to partner at the beginning of 2019 and manages the Rolla office. She enjoys being active in the Rolla community and serving our clients. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.

Stan Schmidt, CPA

Founding Partner

Stan started Schmidt CPAS & Advisors with a goal of serving his clients in a manner that exceeds their expectations. Service is what we sell. When talking to his clients, he wants them to feel that serving them is the most important thing he has to do at that moment and they have his undivided attention. If the client needs something done, he will do everything possible to address that need.

When not serving clients, Stan loves to be at the lake!

Stan Schmidt started Schmidt CPAS & Advisors on February 1, 1990. He believed that every business, no matter how big or small, needs a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Our firm was designed to provide that function to those businesses that were most likely too small to have a CFO on staff.

It quickly became apparent that the CFO role was most effective if adequate records were maintained properly and in a timely manner. Record keeping and payroll processing soon became a key part of Schmidt CPAS & Advisors services.

To this day, the firm boasts a thriving record keeping and payroll practice as well as CFO/Controllership services to a wide variety of clients.
